We are art, and we are all painting our own picture.
 
Artists are often the

ones who need to be the

strongest because we

need to be able to

stomach the criticism.
 
We need to discern the good from the

bad, right from wrong.
 
Too many critics

think they know what

the artist needs,
 
And some do,
 
But the artist
thinks for themselves.
 
They know what the painting needs.
 
They’ve

trained to

do this.
 
They probably weren’t

very good at the beginning.
 
But practice
makes perfect, right?
 
Wrong.
 
Practice

makes

progress.
 
Paintings aren’t perfect, 
 
But neither are we.
