My day is vibrant so my dreams are quiet

I don’t fall asleep with my mind full of what could be

Pondering the ifs, ands, or could haves

 

Some may wonder what comes after our end

And think that their life might not have been what they planned

I look forward and say there’s no room for wondering

When we count the profits

Of not having regrets

 

If I draw the curtains of my life

With an empty head

I’ll know I did something right

So I can finally close my eyes

And dream of what's next
